To participate in Games on the Platform, you must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Malaysia.

You must register for a User Account to play Games on the Platform. You will provide accurate and complete information when registering your account, including your name, address, email, phone number and other required details.

  1. GAME RULES AND PRIZES

Each Game has its own rules and prizes. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of each Game before participating. The Platform reserves the right to modify or cancel any Game at any time without notice.

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

To participate in Games, you must have a valid payment method associated with your User Account. You acknowledge that Magnum 4D may charge fees for certain services and transactions on the Platform.

  1. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES

Magnum 4D encourages responsible gaming practices. If you or someone you know has a problem with gambling, please seek help from reputable organizations such as Gamblers Rehab Centre (GRC) in Kuala Lumpur.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Magnum 4D reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly for changes.

  1. TERMINATION OF USER ACCOUNT

Wer may terminate your User Account and bar you from participating in Games on the Platform if, in its reasonable discretion, you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Magnum 4D and Player with respect to Game participation and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

By using the Platform and participating in Games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
